Heimdal’s MXDR Team is a threat monitoring service, including post-threat and response services, available for customers as an add-on to their subscription. MXDR includes a 24x7 SOC, composed of expert security analysts, who will perform certain types of investigations and reporting, depending on the input factors presented to them based on the Customer’s Heimdal Dashboard environment.

This Service Level Agreement shall apply to all license agreements between Heimdal and Customers.
This document describes the standard level of service rendered by Heimdal for Customers, who have purchased its Product Services (PS), including availability of services, response times in case of product and/or service failure. This service level agreement shall apply exclusively to the service level applicable to the Managed Extended Detection and Response (referred to as “MXDR”) product.
